We assess client’s needs and product manufacturing/outsourcing specifications, and we reach a consensus on requirements (quality/quantity/price/timeline…).
Supplier Selection
We select suitable suppliers based on these requirements, verify the required standards and organize factory audits when necessary.
Negotation
We issue requests for quotations (RFQ’s) and work with our clients to select the best proposals and agree on any necessary modifications.
Sample Manufacturing
We request the production of pre-production samples before mass production. This allows us to identify and address any issues in the early stages of the process.
Test And Certifications
In collaboration with internationally recognized external firms, we organize tests and official certifications for products that require them.
Production Management
Once the sample is approved, we supervise that production is carried out according to the established timelines, anticipating logistical reservations for on-time shipments.
